beads Party Favors Catering Hall Surprise Adult Party?
Hi,
I'm planning a surprise party but it's going to be 2 milestone birthday parties in one. My boyfriend turns 30, his mother turns 50 ~ since they are both BIG Philly Eagles fans ~ I'm doing that theme. I will be putting beads on the tables for the guests. It will be held at a catering place, which is great!!!
My questions are:
Should I have a game(s) there?
Should I have prize(s) of any kind for the game(s) or no game(s) ~ for example, raffle tickets?
Should I do favors?

Defiantly do favors! If you inviting a bunch of people I would consider having a band or canned music and a buffet table you can make a big deal out of having a cake with 80 candles and they have to blow them out together.

where in Massachusetts to buy favors for a baptism?
i live in new hampshire and im trying to find a store either here or in mass. that sells party favors. not kids ones but ones that are glass and you can put the childs name on a ribbon. i also am looking to find whdere i can buy a bunch of rosary beads around here for a gift at the baptism. either plastic ones or bead ones. but they are for the rememberance. please let me know if anyone has any idea where to go.

Bead Street Jackson Sq. / Bourbon St. on a Friday Night...?
I am going on a road trip, with the wife, to New Orleans the weekend after this.
Without it being Madi Gras, I was wondering if I should still expect nudity on Bourbon Street / Jackson Square area. I was down there once for a New Years party, and there were people lining the street with beads. Will this be the case on a random Friday night or is that behavior reserved for holidays??

You can reasonably expect it any weekend in New Orleans, although it is a lot more prevalent during Madi Gras, etc. So, if you are looking to shy away from that scene, I would avoid Bourbon St. and meander through the other side streets where the boutique shops are. Actually, with the cobblestones and gas lamps, the side streets in the French Quarter can give you a romantic setting.
