Do people take their shirts off and go crazy. Where and what time do i go to see the wild stuff?
There used to be a few crazy people like that in the downtown strand area, back when they used to have big concerts and more entertainment. Nowadays, people just go and drink and have a good time--it's not quite so crazy, but still crowded and fun if the weather's good. If you get lucky, some crazy chick might get drunk enough and show part of a boob or something, but it won't be a common sight. Go downtown next Saturday night.
